Pickleball politics, and why it matters every time you hit a ball. Chris Beaumont welcomes back Leon Stango, founder of Pickleball Venezuela, after the news that Venezuela's sports ministry has voted to accept pickleball as a legal sport, five years after he bounced the first ball in Caracas.

Leon explains how the sport grew to around 300 courts in 14-15 states, why recognition had to come internationally first, and the 59-page application to the sports ministry.
